We are adding a new billing model

Only-apartments is constantly growing and forming more collaborations with external partners, to ensure your apartments have the best visibility possible in the market, and therefore receive more bookings. From this week forward we are introducing a new model of billing, in addition to the existing model applied to all bookings made through Only-apartments. This new model is applied to all owners that have selected the payment option that includes 100% of the payment in advance, i.e in all cases where the payment is fully managed by Only-apartments. The Instant booking system does not change. As the bookings you receive are already confirmed, the only change will be in the invoicing system: instead of having to bill the guest, you will bill Only-apartments for bookings that come from external partners. Do I have to create an invoice? You will not have to create an invoice, we will send it automatically with the confirmations of the bookings that come from external partners, and this will be marked by the logo of our B2B brand, Migoa. In which cases is the new billing method applied? This new model applies only and exclusively to reservations that come through external partners. If the reservations are made through our external partners your invoice is to Only-Apartments (you will not have to create an invoice, we will send it to you automatically) How do I distinguish between a reservation made through only-apartments or its external partners? Through the confirmation email of the reservation. For all reservations that come from external parties, the confirmation email will have the logo of our B2B Migoa brand. (See example) What...
Novelties to score more clients

Novelties to score more clients

As you have probably noticed, we are now using Free Cancellation on our web to attract more clients. What exactly does this entail? Basically, this is about simplifying the booking process so that clients opt for making the purchase as soon as possible. To do so, we’ve come up with a payment system that is not immediate but provides a 7 day time margin. Both our commission fee and the advance booking fee (applicable in cases where the payment mode includes advance payment) will be managed by Only-apartments 7 days after the traveller makes the booking. It is only during those 7 days that the client is be able to cancel free of charge. All other conditions remain as up to now. Our bookings are still direct bookings, and in advance payment cases where the client cancels after completing these payments, the later will under no circumstances be refundable.   Why this change? – Because it has meant a 30% increase in bookings. – Because it implies a 25% increase in the conversion ratio. – Because the cancellation index shows no changes compared to our previous model.   The results? Increased traffic, more clients, more bookings.     Should you need any further assistance, our team of Account Managers will be more than happy to help you. You can contact them at property@only-apartments.com...

Tell me what you fear and I’ll tell you where to travel to for Halloween

Tell me what you fear and I’ll tell you where to travel to for Halloween

The scariest night of the year is just around the corner, that night when all our fears come to light in the funnest and most casual way.  That’s the time to laugh at everything that scares us and confront it all through Halloween costumes, creepy decor and terrifying handicrafts. But if there’s a sure way to put our most absurd phobias to the test, it’s by traveling to their source and facing them. Today, we’d like to suggest some destinations to transmute your fears and have a traveling Halloween that you will never forget. Ghosts – Prague Prague is a city of fairytales and legends. Its many castles and cathedrals harbor stories full of mystery that turn the Czech capital into the perfect destination for ghost encounters worthy of a terrifying All Hollow’s Eve. From the Old Town, to the Jewish Quarter, and passing through Tyn Church, Prague’s paranormal presences extend all over the city: the  ghost of the Turk, the bell-ringing Nun, the Jewish Dancer, and the mad Barber are just some of the specters you might run into on a night walk through Prague. Do you dare? Vampires – London Though we all know that vampires originated in Transylvania, home of Count Dracula, it just so happens that through the centuries, the UK has become their home away from home. So much so, that there are several companies offering vampire tours through graveyards and forests known for being the site of satanic and occult rites. Moreover, there’s a number of studies and research stating that the UK is home to a “secret subculture” of 15,000 vampires that...
