When people start to distract their problem with other activities, which must be completely alien to the topic, the brain has the chance to process all the aspects of the problem.
3) Emptying. Your mind needs a break, that is to say, to be completely emptied. So rest, because sleep deprivation will not help you think clearly. And the concern and pressure will prevent you from seeing the choices you have at your fingertips.
