Novelties to score more clients

As you have probably noticed, we are now using Free Cancellation on our web to attract more clients.

What exactly does this entail?

Basically, this is about simplifying the booking process so that clients opt for making the purchase as soon as possible. To do so, we’ve come up with a payment system that is not immediate but provides a 7 day time margin. Both our commission fee and the advance booking fee (applicable in cases where the payment mode includes advance payment) will be managed by Only-apartments 7 days after the traveller makes the booking.

It is only during those 7 days that the client is be able to cancel free of charge. All other conditions remain as up to now. Our bookings are still direct bookings, and in advance payment cases where the client cancels after completing these payments, the later will under no circumstances be refundable.

 

Why this change?

– Because it has meant a 30% increase in bookings.

– Because it implies a 25% increase in the conversion ratio.

– Because the cancellation index shows no changes compared to our previous model.

 

The results?

Increased traffic, more clients, more bookings.
