Txapela is a place where you can spend an afternoon with the true Basque flavor pinchos in the city center. It has 51 different pinchos that combine tradition and new preparations, as the pincho Urumea, asparagus and camembert cheese in a crusty bread, the San Fermin with chicken, sausage and peppers, the cod omelette with caramelized onions, or the classic Guernika among other varieties.
