Á Paródia Cocktail & Wine Bar is located in the Campo de Ourique area, with a long history behind it.
It opened its doors various decades ago as a specialized antique shop which then became a bar in 1976.
It has an intimate and bohemian atmosphere, surrounded by objects that tell a story.
Its walls are decorated in many ways: paper tapestry with carvings, walls covered in wallpaper, wooden walls, marble walls and even one clad with a collection of phosphorus boxes.
The name of the place “Á Paródia” or The Parody as it would be in English, was chosen as a tribute to some famous satyrical magazines of the time that were published in Portugal, whose latest issues are exhibited on the walls of the place.
The decoration is made up of dark colours and vintage furniture and, of course, velvet and carpets, all in a French bar-style.
They serve tapas, desserts and plenty of drinks and cocktails. The house speciality are fruit caipirinhas.
Located in an area which has plenty of apartments in Lisbon city center . It´s open every day from 10pm until 2am.
