Al Buongustaio is a bar, restaurant, pizzeria and wine shop which is open every day from 7am until 12am. Its name is a promise because it refers to someone who has good culinary taste. The speciality at Al Buongustaio is pizza: actually, we can find over 50 different pizzas and ´calzone´ here (similar dishes to pizza which belong to Neapolitan culture). Also, they offer 20 types of pizza without gluten for celiac clients and, also, focaccia, all of them rigorously made in wood ovens. The restaurants food offer is varied, and it includes a large selection of starters, cheeses and typical meats from the Roman culinary tradition, meat dishes (Argentinian, Irish and Danish) and fresh fish. But also, of course, homemade pasta (we recommend the tortellini, spaghetti and ravioli) and traditional Italian desserts also homemade. Al Buongustaio offers a service called ´air food´: the free home delivery of its dishes and pizzas from 7pm until 10.30pm, every day of the week. Of course, you´ll also be able to order drinks for home delivery and we recommend that you choose one of the wines that Al Buongustaio recommends to accompany your dinner in your apartments in Rome as a small touch which will make it even more perfect.
