Bellevue Restaurant Prague

The two ´architects´ of Bellevue restaurant in Prague, a place located on the river shores a few steps from Charles Bridge, combine to perfection the new wave of oeno-gastronomy. One is a passionate oenologist, and the other a creative chef. They don´t want to stop at traditional recipes of the local meats and both, with passion and energy, have began to manage (with four hands) a restaurant which brings back the best of Czech tradition but going for innovation. A diaphanous place, almost minimalistic, it gathers a select international clientele who come to try the cuisine which is offered at Bellevue.

Although the traveller, after long walks around the most beautiful corners of this Bohemian city, prefers to dine in his apartments in Prague he has to, at least, give himself a night to drop by Bellevue restaurant.
