The Jules Verne restaurant in Paris, as well as having a Michelin star, is located in the most visited monument in the French city: the Eiffel Tower. In the tower there are two restaurants (this one and Altitude 95) and Jules Verne is, undoubtedly, the best of the two.

Originally the restaurant was decorated in black and it looked a lot like a nightclub but, in 2007, when the chef Alan Ducasse took charge, he contracted the designer Patrick Jouin and he transformed it in a place where chocolate colours predominate.
The food is gourmet-style and the dishes are devised so that one can enjoy the famous and renown French cuisine. To eat at the Jules Verne restaurant it´s a must to make a reservation because it´s a place that, being in the Eiffel Tower, it´s busy every day of the year.
