At the time of hiring an airport transport service in a foreign country that has different customs to ours, you have to be careful with the company you hire. Apart from reliability (that can be gauged, at first glance, by the contact details that are put up on their website) you have to study properly the conditions that they demand for bookings for taxis, private transports, excursions or guided tours. If it´s for making a leisure activity, such as a tour around the Medina in Marrakech, and the driver doesn´t turn up (and we haven´t paid a deposit) then it´s not a problem and we go on from there. But, if it´s for an airport pickup or transfer, the best thing is to be more cautious because the outcomes can be catastrophic.
