Purpose of the General Conditions These General Terms and Conditions are designed to regulate the correct use of discounts and deals that have been agreed upon between Only-apartments and other companies. The purchase of any products and/or services offered constitutes acceptance as a user, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these general terms and conditions. Beneficiaries of discounts/special offers The recipients of these discounts and special offers are users who book stays in one of the apartments published on the website of Only-apartments in Barcelona during 2015. The offers / discounts apply only to one of the people staying in the apartment; the rest of the guests must pay their part when necessary. Acceptance and availability of the General Terms of Use By accepting this contract, the user declares: That he/she is a person of legal age and capable of making a reservation. That you have read and agree to these General Terms of Use. Users-Clients accept the General Terms of Use from the moment they make a reservation through Only-apartments. Affiliates are a vital part of Only-apartments so this month we want to reward them as they deserve. That’s why we have organized an exclusive contest for them with a very desirable prize: a free stay in Barcelona at one of our favorite apartments. To participate it is enough with being an Only-apartments Affiliate on a CPA and Revenue Share model and to collect the largest number of reservations (always higher than 20 per month) between September 1st and October 31st. Attention, because there is no time related condition advertised: Any affiliate is eligible to participate. Whether the affiliate has just signed up (latest registration the 31st of August) or has been collaborating with Only-apartments for a while, all same rules apply, reaching the +20 sales objective, independently of what day they start.
