This month we celebrate World Tourism Day with you and it makes us a bit melancholy. Traveling is one of the best ways to create and store unique memories. That evening in Lisbon, the kiss I gave you at the Ponte Vecchio in Florence, the incredible snack in that hidden New York cafe… moments that happen only once in a lifetime and are inevitably linked in our memory with the city in which they took place and which we were a part of for a while. At Only-apartments we like to think that it’s possible to be a little bit of all these places by collecting experiences near and far. Remember what it was like to live like a Parisian? Affiliates are a vital part of Only-apartments so this month we want to reward them as they deserve. That’s why we have organized an exclusive contest for them with a very desirable prize: a free stay in Barcelona at one of our favorite apartments. To participate it is enough with being an Only-apartments Affiliate on a CPA and Revenue Share model and to collect the largest number of reservations (always higher than 20 per month) between September 1st and October 31st. Attention, because there is no time related condition advertised: Any affiliate is eligible to participate. Whether the affiliate has just signed up (latest registration the 31st of August) or has been collaborating with Only-apartments for a while, all same rules apply, reaching the +20 sales objective, independently of what day they start. The winner will be awarded with a free stay* of 4 days and 3 nights for two persons in one of our Barcelona apartments, to enjoy between November 2014 and March 2015 (excluding holiday season: 19/12/2014 – 01/02/2015). Should there by a tie, the Affiliate with the most revenue will win, the second and third winners will however also benefit from 50% revenue share for two months. On Monday July 28th took place the event celebrating Only-apartments’ entry on the MAB. The entire team of Only-apartments, with owners, members and friends, were there to see how the stock market price began. With this, the company is heading towards internationalization and a considerable expansion of its market. With the clear objective to expand and extend our geographical presence, we are planning to open offices in Miami, Asia and London. The company is growing and positioning itself as a trusted brand, which will undoubtedly result in an increase in the number of travelers interested in renting apartments with us. Gradually, we hope to become a benchmark in the tourism sector, keeping the instant online reservations system as the main claim and advantage over the competition. On the 16th May, Kigo and Only-apartments held an even at the “Maxi Mozart” conference room at the Hotel Amadeus in Venice, which was a complete success. The event’s focus was on how Kigo and Only-apartments could help owners, property managers and agents in Italy grow their business and better manage their property portfolio. Kigo presented their complete platform and demonstrated how they are a key element to save time, stay organised and cost effectively manage a vacation rental business through automation.
