Sala Sol

Sala Sol is one of the oldest nightclubs in the whole of Spain, opening its doors in 1979 and, from that moment on, it became one of the busiest places with people from La Movida (a sociocultural movement that surged after Franco´s death).

 

Today it´s one of the busiest clubs in the Spanish capital and the place where, on weekends, you can go and dance until the early hours of the morning with affordable drinks and people with a very good vibe from all over the world because, being a recognized place, all the tourists stop by.

 

But also, from Sunday to Thursday, Sala Sol becomes a place where some of the most important bands in the world come and present their new albums and play for their fans. So if you´re either an electronic or rock music lover, this is an ideal place to visit.
