1. Organization: The company organizing this promotion is Reservations Bookings BCN S.L. with registered office at Avenida Drassanes 6-8 08001 Barcelona
2. Participation: The participation in this contest occurs over the social network Instagram. In order to participate is it required to be a user of Instagram and should follow onlyapartments on Instagram. Eligible to participate is everyone of legal age. Employees of Only-apartments and their direct family cannot participate.
3. Promotion details and prize: To participate, Instagram users can upload a photo or a video including the hashtag of the contest #OnlyAchange. Accepter are any kinds of pictures or videos (pornographic or in any way offensive material excluded) as long as they are related to the theme ‘change’. Among all entries Only-apartments will select the most original photo or video.
The prize consists of a stay of 2 (two) nights for a maximum of 2 (two) people in one of the following cities: Rome, Naples, Berlin, Budapest, Lisboa, Florence, Prague, Madrid, Milan, Istanbul, Valencia, Porto, Belgrade, Seville, Vienna or Barcelona and should be taken advantage of before June 2, 2014, excluding holidays. The prize is subject to the availability of the cities. The specific conditions of the apartment apply. Once the booking is made it will not be possible to change the dates.
4. Promotion dates: The contest starts on November 22, 2013 at 4pm and ends at 11.59pm on December 1, 2013.
5. Winner: Winner will be the participant whose photo or video was chosen as the most original entry by Only-apartments, under the condition that he/she obliged the participation requirements mentioned in the previous sections Participation, Dates, Promotion Details and Prize.
6. Winner announcement: The winner will be notified by Only-apartments via e-mail or phone on August 31, 2013. The public announcement of the winner will take place the same day on the blog www.only-apartments.com/news and all of the Only-apartments Facebook pages.
The announcement of a winner will take place on December 2, 2013 via the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram profiles of Only-apartments, as well as the blog only-apartments.com/news.
Only-apartments will get in touch with the winner via Instagram by commenting on the winning photo/video, and/or the means which are available to her/him that s/he finds appropriate.
It is the responsibility of the author of the photo/video to get in touch with Only-apartments sending an email to facebook [at] only-apartments.com to take advantage of the prize.
The winner agrees to having his/her name including his/her Facebook profile picture published on the Only-apartments blog and on all Only-apartments Facebook pages and other social media channels used by Only-apartments.
7. Prize redemption: Once a winning photo/video is determined, Only-apartments will get in touch with the winner via Instagram by commenting on the winning photo/video. It is the responsibility of the author of the photo/video to get in touch with Only-apartments sending an email to facebook [at] only-apartments.com to take advantage of the prize.
If Only-apartments does not receive an email from the winner within 7 days after the announcement, another winner will be chosen.
8. Use of personal data: In compliance with the corresponding Constitutional Law 15/1999 of Dec 13th about the Protection of Personal Data and the Royal Legislation Act 1720/2007 of Dec 21st which approves the Regulation implementing the Data Protection Act, the participants in this promotion whose data is provided can be incorporated in the corresponding automated data base of Only-apartments.com. The mentioned data will be used to identify all participants as users of Only-apartments.com as well as for the commercial use (over the phone, per SMS, email and other means of communication), generally or tailored to their personal characteristics. Only-apartments reserves the right to use pictures that were submitted for the contest for controlled Marketing Campaigns. In any given moment the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of personal data can be executed at no cost. 9. Governing law: In matters that are not provided in these terms, the competition becomes subject of the Spanish legislation of the moment it has been carried out. Through their participation in a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ promotion, the participants accept that the published names in the media will be shared and visible for other users of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ without their privacy being violated. The participation in a competition of this nature implies the acceptance of the terms of Instagram where this competition is carried out.
10. Acceptance of terms: The participation in this promotion implies a complete acceptance of the terms, as well as criteria chosen by Only-apartments.com in regards of the resolution of any interpretation of them.
