Andrea is a true artist in confectioning cakes or cooking, where he innovates and creates from chocolate in the same way that the great international chefs do, so that the experience when you sample it is unique.

In his laboratory they experiment with new formulas, with new mixes to create unique combinations which you´ll be able to sample in his design chocolate shop or in any of the apartments in Florence that you have booked in advance, because they also sell and serve their chocolates to take away. Although they wrap it up as a gift (you have to be careful with the temperatures), this chocolate artisan who wants to be a true Florentine artist, still doesn´t sell online, so the only way to try his chocolates is to go to Florence (not a bad plan), sit down in his designer cafeteria, have something to eat and drink, shop some more to take back and remember the experience.
