If you´re a science lover and also go on trips with your children, one of the places you must visit when in Barcelona is, definitely, CosmoCaixa, which is the science museum of the Obra Social ´la Caixa´. This place, which was inaugurated at the end of September 2004, is located where there used to be the Interactive Science Museum of Spain.
At this museum you can enjoy the exhibitions, both permanent and temporary. The former presents reality fragments such as objects, animals, plates, and they also allow, through the supervision of experts in the respective fields, making experiments.
On the other hand, the temporary exhibitions present both present topic as well as social ones. For each of them they carry out activity programmes, guided tours, conference cycles with experts on different fields, debates so that everyone can have their input and much more.
Some of the most used permanent spaces by the younger ones as well as the whole family in general are ´Toca, toca!´ (touch, touch!), the ´Planetario burbuja´ (bubble planetarium), ´Clik´ and ´Flash´.
Those who want to get to know CosmoCaixa, just have to rent apartments in Barcelona and enjoy all of science presented in the most fun way.
