The Botanic Garden in Prague, located in the Troja district, offers numerous open-air activities for the visitors in its wide spaces provided for this purpose. Despite it can be visited as any other park, walking around relaxedly while you admire the multiple species that live there, there´s also a wide range of activities, workshops and courses thought for the whole family. The Botanic Garden is made up by a big park, in a European or English way, historic vineyards (where you can relax and have a drink), known as the vineyard of St Clare and a Japanese garden with the typical Japanese design, where there are bonsais and a tropical greenhouse called Fata Morgana.
We remind the travellers, especially those who travel doing family tourism with children, that you have to pay a ticket and that it´s convenient to make the booking in advance on the webpage that we´ve pointed out on the right. Even if the weather isn´t too nice, you don´t have to stay in the apartments in Prague because the city offers numerous alternatives of leisure which are covered, among which we can find some of the facilities of this Botanic Garden that at the same time can be used as a playground as well as having an educational purpose.
