The restaurant Café do Rio specializes in gourmet hamburgers, and it´s recently added fresh pasta to the menu.
The menu of Café do Rio is thought out to surprise, with varied hamburgers prepared with 100% biological meat and accompanied by PDO products, which means ´Protected Denomination of Origin´. They are all served in a magnificent presentation.
It´s dishes are elaborate and thought of for all tastes and preferences, and as well as there being meat hamburgers, there also are vegetarian types, and other varieties like salmon hamburger and cod hamburger. If you prefer it, they also serve pastas.
The prices are also varied, with dishes from 7 euros, which include a classic biological meat burger accompanied by Thai rice and chips which are fried in olive oil.
The recommendations can be many, but we´ll describe for you an example, the ´new York´ hamburger, with melted emmental cheese, finely chopped gherkins, coleslaw, fried onion and tomato.
