Como Casa Valencia

In the last few years, there are more and more stores which are appearing around Spain which do food to take away. One of these special places is ComaCasa in Valencia, where they prepare rice dishes, meat, fish or desserts with takeaway menus which are so cheap that it´s cheaper than cooking in your own apartments in Valencia whether you´re a traveller or a local. The propositions are as follows: ovened glit-head bream, salmon salad, ´bomb´ of foie, rice ´a banda´ with seafood, ovened rice, black rice… they´re from Valencia so rice dishes are always going to be the main protagonists.

The recipes that they prepare have an exquisite look to them and, also, at ComaCasa they have everything thought of and they even organize a Christmas Eve meal with all the typical dishes that you can image (from lamb to stuffed turkey as well as seasonal desserts) in a massive meal, whether it´s with family or friends, a birthday or any other festive event.
