The concept of culinary enjoyment that they recommend is that of enjoying a warm shot to start with, so then you can enter in the different aromas, flavours and textures that the chef Tiago Vaz Santos elaborates daily.

 

As a starter they serve soups, carpaccio, fried prawns and cheese tables with figs and salad. For the main course you can choose from prawns in red curry with basmati rice, cod confit with roast potatoes, lamb chops with honey and rosemary or pheasant in pastry with various types of mushrooms.

 

Also, for vegetarians, they serve vegetable tagliatelle and asparagus risotto with mushrooms.
