The meaning of the Suñol Foundation is the production of new artists of the avant-garde and to preserve the collection that´s been gathered in the Colección Josep Suñol, constituted on June 17th 2002, with the aim of raising awareness, diffusing and divulging art and its study, especially that of the artists and the students of Catalan art.
Located on Passeig de Gràcia 98, it´s open from Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 8pm. The spaces of this Foundation are a proposal that amplifies Barcelona´s cultural offering, which is known for being one of Spain´s most culturally rich cities.
Encompassing the new art times, the Foundation has created Nivell Zero (Ground Zero) to host all the theoretical practices and its activities, regarding emerging art of the 21st century.
