Al Paradiso is a restaurant that was born in the head of the chef and owner, called Annamaria, in 1966, when there was only one waitress attending the customers while she cooked. Some time later, in 1994, the woman, her husband Aurelio and her daughter Federica became the owners of the place where the restaurant is today and they renovated it completely giving it a harmonic effect.
The place inspires itself in the food of a great master called Gianna Cosetti, who worked in the place in 1998 and 1999 and Annamaria, who worked next to him during all that time, learnt his secrets and she exploits them as much as possible in the kitchen, modifying them and creating her own dishes and recipes.
The wine list is really interesting and it´s made up by both regional producers and international ones and Federica, who is in charge of this section, will recommend the best wines to accompany the meals that you´ve ordered.
The place is in a building that dates from the 16th century, with a small reception and three halls inside where you can sit, approximately, 90 people.
