The building is four stories high with a strong base and a basement and is supported by a tough beam. It was built between 1893 and 1896, designed by two important architects Odon Lechner and Gyula Pártos, who did everything to the building a master designer could do. They were also the first to adopt modernist style in Hungary. While driving to downtown you can see the sumptuous palace adorned with green majolica roof.
