Bugno Art Gallery is a beautiful art gallery located in San Marco´s Square itself in Venice. The gallery, on a corner and with two floors, holds a permanent contemporary art collection, especially focused on sculptures and photography, an artistic field that´s constantly growing.
Its dynamic webpage, that I´ve pointed out on the right-hand column, is divided in modern art, contemporary art and photography. They also give good account of the exhibitions and future ones online and on the social networks, since we´re in the Web 2.0 era.
Although this art gallery in Venice is focused on sculptures and photography, it also looks out for painting. Of course, they don´t indicate the prices but the art market isn´t affected by the crisis and it´s on an unstoppable permanent rise.
If you can´t take a painting or a sculpture back home or to your provisional accommodation in Italy, your apartments in Venice you can always enjoy the exhibited works in the gallery. Unlike the museums, they don´t charge to go in and the staff there don´t bother you.
However, if your wallet allows you to, you can start by collecting graphic art and original photography, which should have a more reasonable price.
