In this post we will explain how the “Facilities” screen on your Extranet works and how to fill out each of the sections. Remember that if you have any questions write us at property@only-apartments.com. What should I enter in the “Exterior” tab? In this tab you must indicate all outdoor equipment for your accommodation, that is, if you have a lift, swimming pool and any feature of this type. In some cases, you can specify whether an additional charge will be applied, as well as the amount. If you are uploading a timeshare, here you have to indicate the similar features of your apartments or rooms, while in the next tab you will be able to edit each property individually. What should I enter in the “Interior” tab? In this tab, you must specify all of the facilities that your apartment disposes of.
