Larios Centro

The Larios Centro shopping centre is famous in the region of Málaga for being the meeting point of all the young people in the city.

 

It opened its doors for the first time in 1996 and since then it´s formed part of the culture and lifestyle of the people of Málaga. The name, so peculiar, is given in the honour of the old gin factory “Larios” and, for that reason, tourists are attracted to visiting the place. They have hope that they will receive some of the white drink.

 

This shopping centre isn´t stuck in time and in 2003 it was remodelled and it changed its style completely. Now it´s more modern, lit up and aesthetic than before. This way it also attracts the public who like to visit a classic place but also renovated and modern.

 

The strain station is very close to the shopping centre and this makes it even busier with travellers that arrive and go to the city. In Larios Centre you can find everything imaginable, from food to clothes, as well as luggage and electrical appliances. But it´s not all fashion, there are also some great food houses and cinemas.
