St Paul´s Cathedral is a beautiful church in the city of London that was built at the end of the 17th century and at the beginning of the 18th. It´s famous around the world not only for its architecture and its historical and cultural value, but also because it was the stage of the wedding of Prince Charles with Princess Diana. It also was the only church that survived the terrible attacks in the Second World War.
The façade of the cathedral has suffered many modifications since its first construction in the 17th century, as well as the whole building in general. But it was completely destroyed when there was a fire in that area. It was later reconstructed completely in the same place where the original one was. This time, the architect was Cristopher Wren and he gave it a beautiful baroque style that, today, everyone enjoys.
The dome is one of this church´s most beautiful things because the life of St Paul is painted on it, but all of its interior is beautiful and, for that, people from all over the world come to see it.
