Sushi is the most popular speciality of Japanese cuisine around the world. Sushi Aurora is a bar restaurant in Florence famous for having the best sushi bar in the city and an interesting range of Oriental cuisine dishes.
Located on Via Ghibellina 61-rosso, Sushi Aurora has become a meeting point for Japanese speciality lovers with its enormous variety of maki (roll wrapped with algae), among which we can fins specialities with fish and vegetarian ones; nigiri (ball of rice covered with raw fish) of various flavours, sashimis (raw fish cut in small fillets) and temakis (cones wrapped in nori algae) with various fillings.
To complement these flavours, there are three varieties of Japanese beers, at 3€ each. The dessert menu includes interesting Japanese preparations, such as the Adzuki crepes and the Palline di soia.
The opening hours are: Mondays from 5.30pm to 11.30pm and from Tuesdays to Sundays from 11am to 3pm and from 5.30pm to 11.30pm.
Home delivery has a 3€ charge inside Florence and it´s free when your amount surpasses 50€. They are available between 6pm and 10pm.
