Sushi Express is a restaurant specialized in Oriental cuisine located in the Eixample district in Barcelona. It´s famous for fresh fish with which they prepare sushi, in all of its varieties, and their good business practices by using biodegradable bags for the wrappings.
Among the varieties of Sushi Express there are the ´maki´ sushi, little rolls wrapped in black algae (nori); the ´nagiris´, rolls of rice wrapped in fish; the ´temakis´, small cones made with crunchy algae (nori) full of rice and other ingredients. All of them are delicious but if you dip them in the sauces, they´re delightful.
