Giralda Center, on Calle Mateos Gago in Seville, right in front of the Cathedral, La Giralda and a few yards away from the Barrio Santa Cruz, is one of the most veteran language schools in the city.
Here they teach Spanish courses for foreigners directed by university professionals with plenty of experience. Our advice is simple if you´re a traveller with the laudable (and enviable) eagerness to immerse yourself in Hispanic culture: Seville, where I´m writing from, is a very interesting place.
Although the internet is modifying the way that we relate with each other, it´s almost impossible that a foreigner, whether he´s a traveller, a student or a tourist, doesn´t come across Giralda Center, such is its location. Even so, all the information is on its website: from the timetables, the available groups and the rates. Also, you can get in touch with them online. Giralda Center has English, French, German and Chinese courses for foreign and local students.
They also prepare students for the most selective language exams. The most advisable thing is to book online one of the apartments in Seville that are rented by days, weeks or short seasons and, from there, sign up for a Spanish course. This text, unfortunately, is translated in all EU languages.
