3. Because the Dutch Apple Pie is so good that no wonder it’s the national pastry!
4. Because it is full of beautiful canals and bridges, just like a fairytale.
5. And during the night they light up!
6. Because beer and ‘bitterballen’ go perfectly together.
7. Because it’s The Capital of Cheese! They even have cheese markets where you can go crazy as there’s so many you can choose from.
8. Because the houses look like they are taken out of a painting, and they all look so cozy.
9. And it’s full of beautiful houseboats! Who hasn’t dreamt about living in a houseboat at least once?
10. Because even when the day is cloudy and ugly, the city still looks spectacular.
11. Because Keukenhof if just a train ride away.
12. Because The Dutch people sure know how to celebrate the Netherlands national day.
