Arbutus opened its doors for the first time in May 2006 and it was an idea of Anthony Demetre and Will Smith, two fanatics of good food and good cuisine. They wanted to create an intimate place so that the clients felt like at home and they managed to do so, because all the clients go home happy after having eaten the most delicious dishes.

 

The decoration of the place is calm, modern and elegant. Everything is thought out for the commodity of the client. The menu is varied and you can order every dish a la carte. The wine list is also very extensive and the interesting thing about it is that every wine variety can be ordered in a pitcher of 250ml, which allows every food to combine to perfection with the appropriate wine.

 

Anthony is the main chef and they all admire his incredible capacity to combine seasonal food of low cost to create exquisite dishes of first class cooking.
