Artisanal Bistro maintains de love for food that its founder, chef and owner, Terrence Brennan, gave the place with traditional French dishes with a twist that make them unique.
For example, one of the most exquisite dishes is the Osso Bucco that Brennan prepares which, instead of meat, is made from monkfish. The chef makes that these small touches completely modify the flavour of a classic cuisine that, at the same time, is prepared in the same way.
The place was designed by Adam Tihany like if it was a traditional Parisian bistro. Inside, the tables are close together and it has special dim lighting to go for dinner with your partner and spend an ideal evening. There´s a mural painted like it was traditional in the 30s in French restaurants.
After its opening at the beginning of 2001, Artisanal Bistro quickly became famous for the unique preparation of its exquisite dishes and, today, it´s one of the most famous in the city.
