Automatic Synchronization: Information Always Updated with Minimal Effort

At Only-apartments we provide various types of automatic synchronization so all information in connection to your properties is always updated with minimal effort.

Currently, synchronization with our website can be done in three different ways:

1. Synchronization of Calendar through an External ICAL Format Calendar

This type of synchronization enables you to keep your availability calendar automatically updated at all times. Any dates blocked off on your external calendar will appear on Only-apartments calendar. Therefore, it only affects the availability of your properties. We show you how to use it in this simple manual.

 

2. Partial Integration through a Channel Manager

This type of synchronization enables you to keep both your price and availability calendars updated.

The Channel Managers through which we provide this type of integration are: Avaibook, Parity Rate (Room Cloud), Siteminder (Little Hotelier).

 

3. Full Integration through a Channel Manager

This is the most comprehensive type of integration. All information relating to your properties will automatically be updated (availability, prices, descriptions, conditions, etc.) The profiles of your properties that you share with us through your Channel Manager will automatically be imported to our website.

The Channel Managers through which we provide this type of integration are: BookingSync, I-rent, IT Solutions (Avantio), Kigo, Net2rent, Hotetec (Travel Open Apps), Icnea, Rentals United.
