Joan Gaspar Gallery, with nearly forty years experience, is part of the art history in Barcelona. It was born from the Sala Gaspar, where the greatest artists of the past century and universal art exhibited, such as Miró, Picasso, Chillida, Alfaro, Braque and Tàpies among many other painting and art greats. It takes its name from Joan Gaspar, who directed the Sala Gaspar and was then part of the directing team of the Gallery between 1972 and 1992.
