MoMA

There are Museums of Modern Art in every important city in the world and, many times, these don´t stand out a lot but there are some that are the most important ones in the world, and that´s because of the collections they possess and for the way in which they were managed throughout the years. The place finds itself in a building in Manhattan, on 53rd Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue and it´s considered as the most influencing Museum of Modern Art in the whole world. Inside you can find designs, paintings, architecture, sculptures, photographs, prints, book illustrations, films and electronica with a diversity that few have.

 

The MoMA has an archive of over 300 thousand books and newspapers and more than 70 thousand individual articles by different artists and also, in its collection, it houses some of the most important paintings by Vincent Van Gogh, Henri Rousseau, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí or Andy Warhol among many others.
