One of the best restaurants in Milan, and one of the few recommended by the Michelin Guide in the city, is Teatro alla Scala il Marchesino, which became famous for presenting abundant dishes created from the best precision, simplicity and a friendly atmosphere, relaxed and luxurious like few.
The kitchen is in the hands of Gualtiero Marchesi, who is in charge of creating the best dishes with a unique exquisiteness. The place has a theatre where you can see some of the best plays presented in Milan and the stage was designed by Ettore Mocchetti, who created it with grey tones in contrast with the reds and a floor of white oak.
The place now opens at 8am where you can go and have breakfast on the go, or sit down and eat the first meal of the day, like you should. At dinner time, the menu has no less that 26 dishes from which you can choose between pastas, meats, Italian food, sushi and different international foods.
During the whole day you can find the best sweet dishes like cakes or ice creams, gourmet house preparations. Always accompanied by the best music.
