It has a stately elegance and was an important area in the past, before Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg became the more popular areas for new arrivals to Berlin. Historically, Schöneberg is one of the most popular districts of Berlin but it is also one of the most overlooked by new generations who visit the German capital. It’s a district that evokes both the history and the golden age of the city without losing a bit of its charm and attraction. The Schöneberg district of Berlin epitomizes the golden era of the 20s and early 30s during the Weimar Republic and was where the majority of intellectuals frequented. The beautiful city of Monza hosts every year the magnificent Italian Grand Prix, one of the oldest circuits in the formula 1. Famous for being one of the fastest and most dangerous in the world, the Monza circuit is part of Formula 1 since its inauguration in 1950 and, along with the British Grand Prix, attracts the most viewers from all around the world. In this exciting Italian circuit, Formula 1 fans have been able to witness some of the best races of all time, as well as some of the most disastrous accidents seen in the sport of auto racing. Monza is a circuit known for its long straights and bends, where it is always possible to watch exciting races difficult to match anywhere else in the world. The total circuit length is 5793 km and there are 53 laps, which make a race of 307029 km to enjoy. The Italian Grand Prix is a circuit of great significance to the pilot Fernando Alonso, since it was there where he got his first pole position with Ferrari in 2010. Among the drivers competing for the world championship, only 3 have managed to win the Monza circuit: Sebastian Vettel (twice) Fernando Alonso (twice) and Lewis Hamilton (1 time). In July 2013, Only-apartments eliminated the automated notification system for blocks, unblocks and booking changes that are introduced into your calendar. Why? Until now you received a notification email every time dates in your calendar where blocked, unblocked or changed. Our owners wanted that then and it made sense at the time. But times are changing: nowadays we receive dozens of emails on the daily and notifications, particularly those of everyday actions that are repetitive, just don’t make sense anymore. We have received complaints from a lot of owners and we agree: so many automated messages in your inbox can be annoying and don’t help you in managing your calendar. On the contrary, they can cause unwanted confusion. So starting now all information will be in one place. The calendar will gather up the data of all your bookings and you no longer have to look in your emails. You just have to log in on http://owners.only-apartments.com/owners/ with your username and password and manage everything from there. Of course you will continue to receive important notifications, for example when you receive a booking, when a booking has been cancelled or when a guest leaves a comment on the page of your apartment.
